Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries worldwide, with the exclusion of Russia (International Delivery Destinations). However there may be restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations, we will contact you if this is the case.

If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

How much are delivery charges?

Our delivery charges will be shown at the checkout stage for you to select which option you prefer, or which is applicable to your delivery destination.

UK mainland economy delivery (3-5 working days) on orders placed under £75 is £2.99. However, if the order is over £75 the carriage will be free for this service.

UK mainland standard delivery (1-3 working days) is £9.99 and UK mainland next working day delivery is £12.99.

Standard Delivery charges ( usually 3-5 working days) to the Scottish Highlands and Off Shore British Isles i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland etc. is £9.99.

Priority Delivery charges (1-3 working days) to the Scottish Highlands and Off Shore British Isles i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland etc. is £12.99

Europe standard delivery is £15.99. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeline, although your delivery will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Deliveries to the rest of the world is £19.99. The website may appear to charge you a higher amount of £23.99 but this will correct itself at the final checkout stage and will only charge you £19.99, this is due to the way shipping tax rules are set on our system. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeline, although your delivery will be dispatched within 3 working days.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are usually sent out using a courier such as DPD, Royal Mail, FedEx or a similar courier service, and these orders are usually sent out within 3-5 working days from date of the order placed. You can also choose a next day delivery or 1-3 working days but these carry an increased delivery charge which will be shown at the checkout stage, or can be viewed on the section above 'How much are delivery charges?'.

Sample orders are sent out using Royal Mail standard postal services so there is no facility for next day delivery on these items unless the order is placed with goods which qualify for a next day delivery service, in which case, they will usually be sent together. Usually delivery of samples and swatch orders are sent out within 3 - 5 working days from the date of the order placed, but at busy periods like sale times and depending on the amount of sample orders received into our system, there could be a few days delay. However, we will send them to you asap.

All orders once processed in our system and/or cut for your specific needs cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Can my order be delivered to someone other than myself?

Where incorrect address details are supplied, we cannot accept liability for lost items. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct details are supplied. If goods go ‘missing’ as a result of incorrect address details being supplied, we cannot replace these free of charge.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

What if my order hasn't been delivered?

If you choose to ask us to instruct the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place such as a shed or porch, please note that this is at your own risk as we cannot claim for items that go missing that are not securely delivered.

Can I choose a click and collect service?

Yes you can. So long as you are within our local area (postcodes DE, NG & LE) then you can select click and collect at the checkout stage which is free. However, please ensure you contact us before arranging to collect your order either by email/phone to ensure your order is ready. Please allow 1 working day notice when choosing this option, before contacting  us to arranging to collect your order.
