Can I have an order delivered ‘Next Day’?

Yes, for any orders placed before 2pm, you can opt for a ‘Next Day’ delivery service. Delivery will be on the next working day.

How soon will I get my order?

If your order is placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday, we strive to despatch your order the same working day. If your order is placed after these times, it may be processed the next working day. We do not currently despatch orders on Fridays.

There are 3 options for delivery:

Standard Delivery

This is the cheapest option, and your order will be sent either by Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery times could be up to 5 working days.

Tracked Delivery

This is not an express delivery, it is simply ‘Trackable’ – if you need your goods quickly, we suggest using our ‘Next Day’ delivery.

Next Day Delivery

UK Mainland only. This option guarantees delivery on the next working day for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, and 12pm Friday. If, for any reason we are unable to process your order for Next Day delivery, we will advise you by email, and your order will be processed on the next working day unless we receive further instructions from you. If any goods are unavailable at the time you place your order, or need to be ordered in specially, we will also notify you, and a Next Day delivery will not be possible.

Please note that any orders placed over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day. For a full list of our Holidays, please take a look at our Contact Us page.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver to countries all over the world. Please select your country on the checkout page, and the relevant shipping costs will be applied.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes – an exact ‘postage, packaging and handling’ amount will be shown at the checkout.


What is the least amount that I can order?

The minimum order is 0.5m, we will supply part metre thereafter.

Do you have special offers or ‘Sale’ fabrics?

We have a selection of ‘Sale’ fabrics, these are shown on the web site under ‘Sale’.

What do I do if there is a fault with the fabric?

Provided that the fabric has not been ‘cut’ we will replace it.


How do I pay?

Payments are directed to a secure 3rd party payment terminal via the ‘Checkout’ – options include PayPal and Braintree. A wide range of credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Electron.


Can I order a sample?

Yes, this option is available. Simply choose your fabric and add the sample to your basket. You will then need to proceed through the checkout process as normal.

Do you charge for samples?

Yes, samples are available at £1.35-£1.50 each.
