Do you supply by mail order?
Yes we supply world-wide by mail order but UK customers are welcome to visit our showroom.
Do you have a brochure/catalogue?
We do not have a printed brochure, details of a selection of our range can be found on this web site including photographs and colour cards.
I would like some samples/swatches.
Selected samples can be ordered. Please note samples of Silk Embroideries are not available as they come in fixed lengths and can not be cut. Similarly we can not send samples of some laces.
I need information on the prices of your silks.
Due to our large stock levels and the quantities we purchase, we are affected by fluctuations in exchange rates. please call for current pricing.
What is the cost of shipping?
This depends on your location, quantity and weight of the total order.
International customers can email us for a quote based on their location and requirements.
What is the minimum quantity I can buy?
Five Pounds or 1 metre, whichever is the greater.
What is the delivery time?
If the Fabric is in stock we try to despatch all orders immediately on receipt of payment. UK customers should receive their order within 48 hours. International customers should allow 7-8 days for delivery.
How do I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is credit card as we can then despatch the order immediately. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo. We also accept cheques drawn on any UK Bank or Bank Transfer.
